  • □เผยแพร่ QR / รายละเอียดบัญชีธนาคาร / PromptPay ที่ระบุในแบบฟอร์มนี้ เพื่อให้ผู้อื่นโอนเงินช่วยเหลือ
  • □หากบัญชีเป็นของบุคคลอื่น ข้าพเจ้ารับทราบและยินยอมให้ระบุชื่อเจ้าของบัญชีและความสัมพันธ์บนหน้าเว็บอย่างเปิดเผย
  • □การใช้คลิปวิดีโอ/เนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้าพเจ้า (ถ้ามี) ร่วมกับรายละเอียดการบริจาค ตามที่ผู้สร้างเนื้อหาอนุญาต
