HappyToVolunteer uses essential cookies and similar technologies (including local storage where needed) so the site works safely for volunteering in Thailand and Singapore. We do not sell personal data. This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy.

• Sign-in session: keeps you logged in as a volunteer or organisation admin (typically session or short-lived authentication cookie set by our app / hosting provider).
• Country preference: remembers Thailand or Singapore so you see the right opportunities (stored in a cookie and/or local storage).
• Language preference: remembers your chosen language when available (cookie and/or local storage).
• Security / CDN: our hosting and security provider (for example Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from abuse and deliver content reliably.

These are necessary for the Platform to function. Under PDPA and common practice, essential cookies do not require separate marketing consent.

We do not currently run optional analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them later, they will be optional, disclosed here first, and only enabled with your consent where required.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, sign-in and country selection may not work correctly. Clearing local storage may reset language or country preferences.
