How do organizations get started?

Register your organization, submit verification details, and wait for founder approval. Once approved, your 30-day trial begins and you can publish events.

What happens when an event is full?

You join an automatic waitlist. If someone cancels before the deadline, the next person is promoted.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, until the organization cancellation deadline (default: 2 hours before the event starts).
